These terms govern your use of smilecenterhealth.com and the medical travel coordination services provided by SCT SAĞLIK TURİZM LTD ŞTİ ("Smile Center Health", "we"), Sinan Mah. 1254 Sok. No:1/504 Muratpaşa/Antalya/TURKEY. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.
Who We Are and What We Do
Smile Center Health is an authorised medical travel facilitator. We coordinate treatment journeys to Turkey: we handle enquiries, help schedule appointments with contracted partner clinics, and organise agreed travel-related arrangements such as transfers and accommodation guidance.
We are not a healthcare provider. All examinations, diagnoses, suitability decisions and treatments are performed by licensed clinicians at partner clinics, which are independently responsible for the healthcare services they deliver.
Enquiries and Quotes
Submitting an enquiry or receiving an indicative quote does not create a booking, confirm clinical suitability or guarantee any treatment outcome. Indicative information provided before an examination may change once the treating clinic completes its assessment. The written treatment plan issued by the clinic - covering scope, materials, staging and cost - is the document that governs your treatment.
Bookings, Changes and Cancellations
Appointment scheduling and travel arrangements are coordinated based on the information you provide and the partner clinic's availability. If your plans change, tell us as early as possible; we will coordinate rescheduling with the clinic and any affected travel arrangements. Where third parties (airlines, accommodation providers) apply their own change or cancellation conditions, those conditions apply to the relevant service.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate health and contact information, for obtaining any travel documents you need, and for following the pre- and post-treatment instructions issued by the treating clinic. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect scheduling and the clinic's ability to assess your case.
Liability
We carry out our coordination services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, which are the responsibility of the treating clinic and its licensed clinicians, nor for failures of third-party services beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content of this website - text, page structures, graphics and branding - belongs to SCT SAĞLIK TURİZM LTD ŞTİ or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
